|Recommended: YesHighly recommend living here — A little over a month in and I highly recommend living at Modera South Shore. The staff is extremely supportive, you cannot hear your neighbors, the building is well put together, the amenities are second to none, the location is convenient with several restaurants beaches grocery stores highway access and the neighbors are very friendly. Having lived in several luxury complexes over the years, nothing comes close to Modera South Shore.

|Recommended: YesHome — What a fantastic place to live. The townhouses are spacious and the decor is beautiful. The management is amazing, friendly and welcoming and if you have any maintenance issues, they fix them immediately. The maintenance manager Joe is quick to respond and fixes the problem pretty quick. Nothing to complain about here.
